Graduated from Odessa State Medical University in 1999. Has been certified in following specializations: psychiatry, children’s psychiatry, narcology. In 2007 graduated from Odessa Regional Institute of Public Administration of National Academy of Public Administration, office of the President of Ukraine.

2003-2007 — head of children’s department at Regional Psychiatric Hospital No 2, psychologist at Odessa psychological medical and pedagogical commission. Author of more than 15 printed works.
